RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Escape|Evolve reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Return Policy.
Escape|Evolve wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we're here to help you get your order correct.

- Items must leave customer's hands within 7 days of receiving to action a refund or store credit for exchange.
STEPS OF RETURNING YOUR PURCHASES
- Try on you garments over underwear
- Take unwanted garments & check tag/hygiene sticker that all are attached in original condition. Place items back in garment bag.
- Read our terms & conditions of purchase below to avoid any confusion & processing delays.
- Fill out your return form making sure you fill in ALL sections to make it easier/faster for us to process your returns.
- Post back to address provided. Regular or express shipping method is up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. We do suggest you get a return tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost returns.
- Once the items arrive at Escape|Evolve you will receive an email confirmation that your item has been refunded or your store credit is ready to use.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
SALE / DISCOUNTED ORDERS-
- Items marked "Sale" or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for Refund. Only Store Credit-No Exceptions.
- Items bought with a discount code will be issued a store credit to repurchase the desired item. We do not allow a further discount code to repurchase.
FULL PRICE ORDERS-
- Full priced items are only eligible for refunds. We do not reimburse for return shipping. All refunds are given of the full price value of the item minus the initial shipping cost of order.
- Unworn items must be returned in original packaging-with hygiene liner still attached, Escape|Evolve tags, and garment bag. We can legally refuse to refund your item if the hygiene sticker & tag have been removed or tampered with.
- We suggest you try on your Escape|Evolve swim garments over your underwear due to hygiene reasons. Once you are happy, off with the tags & straight to the pool!
- The customer is responsible to send back the garments to the address provided with the returns form filled out in FULL with order number.
- We do not offer straight exchanges. In the case you'd like to re-order the same item just different variant, you will be given a store credit for the price of the garment to repurchase your correct items. You'll do this by placing a new order online.
- Returns & store credits are processed within 2 business days after item is received and checked. A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.
- Faulty garments. If you across a fault in you item which you deem to be a manufacturing fault & not a customer care fault. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish mutual happy outcome.
RETURN FEES & PENALTIES
- We Escape|Evolve reserve the right to refuse returns & not honor refunds on items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way. This includes suck marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains & removed/tampered with liners.
- In the occurrence of garments returned within these conditions we will void you refund/store credit. Returning of garments back to the customer will incur a return shipping cost to be paid by the customer.
- This policy is set in place due to swimwear being classified as "underwear" & due to hygiene reasons once garments are not resalable they have to be destroyed which is a loss to our company, unhygienic & bad for the environment.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship worldwide. Each handmade merchandise will be mailed out within 5-7 business days from the order date and will take 2-5 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping will take 2-5 business days. Please not that Escape|Evolve is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. Escape|Evolve does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, packages stating delivered by USPS or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Escape|Evolve does not claim responsibility for package delays or lost items due to items being returned to sender by our third party mail carriers, for reason including, but not limited to: insufficient addresses, incorrect address provided at check out, inaccessible delivery location at time of delivery, unpaid duties fees, and inability to forward package to updated addresses. We do offer standard shipping with insurance, priority and express packages are automatically insured, for more information on International custom fees please feel free to contact your postal office or local government. Escape|Evolve does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please not all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event you’re billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted.
